Before insertion

1. Prepare your tools for insertion scleral lens such as a plunger (suction cup), mirror, saline, lens case, solution.
2. Always washing your hands with soap.
3. Drying your hands with a lint-free towel or paper towel before touching the lenses.
4. Insert your right lens first.

RGP lens insertion

1. Place your right lens on your right index finger.
2. Use both hands to hold your upper and lower eyelids.
3. Keep both eyes open, look straight ahead into the mirror.
   
4. Gently place the lens onto the center of your eye, then release eyelids.
5. Look down and close your eyes.
